- Audited every feature claim and split them into available now, rolling out and roadmap.
- Removed any wording that implied a capability was finished before it was.

Verification-first update pipeline
- Formalised the safe-update sequence: risk score, restore point, apply, verify, roll back on failure.
- Added health, visual regression and functional checks to the post-update verification step.
