WPCentrify is in early access and free to use while it is. We are still settling the rate card, so there are no plan prices to publish yet. Every part of the WordPress management software is included during early access.
What is already decided is the model: one price per site, every core feature included on every plan, no add-on charge for backups, monitoring or client reports, and white label branding as the one paid add-on. Comparing prices across tools
Pricing models in this category differ, so compare the total for the features you need at your real site count.
Some tools have a free core and sell features such as backups, uptime monitoring, scheduled security checks and client reports as add-ons priced per site per month. ManageWP, for example, prices its add-ons at $1 or $2 per site per month, or sells them in bundles for up to 100 sites. Others charge one price per site, such as WP Umbrella at EUR 1.99 / $2.19 per site per month, or sell monthly plans by site count, such as Modular DS. Pricing questions
Every core feature is. Updates, safe update verification, backups, uptime and performance monitoring, security scanning, client reports, team permissions and automation are included for every customer. White label branding is a paid add-on. Plans will differ only on site count and a small number of infrastructure-heavy options such as extended backup retention, regional data residency and bring-your-own storage. There is no add-on charge for core capability.
One WordPress installation. A multisite network counts as one site plus one per active subsite. A site you disconnect stops counting immediately and is prorated.
Your first site costs nothing to connect and comes with the complete feature set, not a reduced version. It is intended as a genuine way to evaluate the product on something real rather than a demo. During early access, larger portfolios are also free while we onboard in waves.
No. Client portal logins never count as team seats either. Charging agencies per seat discourages exactly the delegation that makes a portfolio safe to run.
Nothing breaks. You are notified and the additional sites are added to your next invoice, prorated. There is no punitive overage rate and no service interruption.
Yes, both, from the dashboard without contacting anyone. Changes are prorated. On cancellation you keep dashboard access until the end of the billing period and can export everything, including backups, before it ends.
Yes. Registered non-profits, schools and open source projects get a substantial discount. Get in touch with some detail about the organization.
WPCentrify does not import data from other management tools. You connect each site by installing the WPCentrify connector plugin, then set up clients, tags and schedules in the dashboard. During early access we help you connect your first sites.
