Plan structure gets complicated quickly
Capability is spread across tiers in a way that makes it hard to work out what a portfolio will actually cost until you are some distance into using it.
A fair, current comparison between WP Remote and WPCentrify, including where WP Remote remains the better choice. No selective quoting and no invented weaknesses.
Free assisted migration. We move your sites for you.

WP Remote comes from the BlogVault family, and it inherits genuinely excellent backup and malware protection heritage. Safe updates with visual regression, staging and solid security coverage are all present, and the free tier is a reasonable way to start. If backup depth and malware protection are your primary concerns, that lineage is a real asset.
Capability is spread across tiers in a way that makes it hard to work out what a portfolio will actually cost until you are some distance into using it.
No time tracking, no support queue, no care plan entitlements and no per-client profitability. It manages sites rather than the service built around them.
Granular per-site roles, approval workflows and time-limited contractor access are limited, which constrains delegation.
You can see each site's status. There is less help working out which sites need attention first across a large portfolio.
