How we research and maintain our comparisons
We make a product in this category, so our comparisons deserve scrutiny. This page sets out where the information comes from, when it was last checked, and how to tell us if we got something wrong.
Each comparison page shows the date its facts were last checked.
What we use as evidence
Every statement about another product comes from that vendor's own website, help center or WordPress.org listing: product pages, pricing pages and documentation. Each comparison page lists and links the sources it used, and shows the date they were checked. Prices are given as the vendor publishes them, with the billing period they apply to.
We do not use third-party review sites, affiliate lists, private demos or sales conversations as sources, because readers cannot check those against the vendor.
If we could not confirm a detail on the vendor's own pages, we leave it out rather than guess. That is why some tables have fewer rows than others.
Statements about WPCentrify describe only features that are built and available in the product today. WPCentrify is in early access.

Products and prices change, and we will sometimes be out of date or mistaken.
Tell us what and where
Use our contact page to send the page URL and the specific claim. A link to the vendor's page that shows the correct detail helps us check it quickly.
We check the vendor's own source
We check the vendor's own website, help center or WordPress.org listing ourselves, whoever reports the error.
We correct the page
If the page is wrong, we correct it and update the date it was last checked, whichever product the correction favors.
Questions about our research
Read them knowing that we make WPCentrify. What we can offer is that every statement about another product comes from that vendor's own website, help center or WordPress.org listing, each page links to its sources and shows the date we checked them, and details we could not confirm are left out. We also publish neutral pages that compare other products without WPCentrify.

No. We use each vendor's own public pages so that anyone can check what we have written. Vendors can report errors through our contact page in the same way as anyone else.
We only include a row when we could confirm the detail on the vendor's own pages for every product in the table. If we could not confirm it, we leave the row out rather than guess.
