- Pricing: ManageWP has a free core for unlimited sites and charges per site per add-on, or per bundle of up to 100 sites. WP Umbrella has no free plan (it offers a 14-day trial) and costs EUR 1.99 / $2.19 per site per month, with two optional add-ons.
- Backups: ManageWP's free plan backs up monthly; its $2 per site Backup add-on goes up to hourly. WP Umbrella's encrypted incremental backups run daily, weekly, monthly or on demand, and hourly with an add-on, kept for 50 days.
